Services - Procedures - Fees

Upon receipt of an IC-DISC Application contact is made with the named tax advisor to discuss specific objectives of the Exporter in arriving at a custom structure.

After confirmation with the Exporter,  we immediately begin the formation process, which includes but is not limited to the following:

Formation of Corporate entity/entities, Obtaining IRS EIN's, Filing IC-DISC IRS Election, Identify IRA Custodians, Issue Stock, All necessary inter-company agreements, Submission of Formation package with compliance information.

It is important to note that the IC-DISC is required to maintain a checking account in the amount of $2,500 at all times after formation. Usually, this is accomplished by a shareholder assessment and represents the only "hidden cost" associated with the creation of an IC-DISC.

We provide complete back up services regarding compliance, revised planning and general queries regarding the operational and technical aspects of the Structured IC-DISC concept, not described herein.
